These terms govern applications for and participation in the OLIGBP Private Mentorship.
About the mentorship
OLIGBP provides private trading education focused on market analysis, process, discipline, psychology, risk management and execution. The mentorship is educational only. It does not provide regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, trade signals, account management, legal advice or tax advice.
Eligibility and applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. OLIGBP may accept or decline an application based on suitability, availability and programme fit. Applicants must provide accurate information and must be legally capable of entering into a contract in their jurisdiction.
Price and payment
The mentorship fee is £800. Payment instructions are provided privately after an application is accepted. Access is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and verified. Participants are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion or payment-provider charges associated with their payment.
Programme delivery
Mentorship content, session timing and the order in which topics are covered may be adapted to the participant’s experience and development needs. Reasonable changes may be made to scheduling, delivery methods or materials where necessary. Any agreed rescheduling remains subject to availability.
Participant responsibilities
Participants remain solely responsible for their trading decisions, trading accounts, devices, passwords, broker relationships, prop-firm relationships, tax position and compliance with applicable law. Participants must not share account credentials, seed phrases, private keys or remote access with OLIGBP.
Conduct and access
Participants must communicate respectfully and must not misuse the programme, harass others, distribute unlawful material or attempt to compromise the website or any communication channel. OLIGBP may suspend or end access for serious misconduct, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorised sharing or a material breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
Mentorship materials, frameworks, recordings, written explanations, graphics and other OLIGBP content remain the property of their respective owner. They are supplied for the accepted participant’s personal educational use and may not be copied, recorded, republished, sold, sublicensed or distributed without prior written permission.
No guarantee of outcomes
No profit, funded account, payout, performance level or other result is promised. Examples and historical results are illustrative and do not predict future outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside OLIGBP’s control, including the participant’s decisions, discipline, capital, market conditions and third-party rules.
Third-party services
Brokers, prop firms, charting platforms, payment providers and social platforms are independent third parties. OLIGBP does not control their availability, pricing, decisions, rules or security and is not responsible for losses caused by a third-party service.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLIGBP is not responsible for trading losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, account restrictions, prop-firm decisions or indirect losses arising from decisions made by a participant. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the programme or applicable requirements change. The version published when payment is made will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law. Questions may be sent to scatty@gmail.com.
