Risk Disclosure

Substantial risk of loss

Trading foreign exchange, commodities, contracts for difference, leveraged products and other volatile markets can result in rapid and substantial losses. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses. You may lose all capital committed to trading and, depending on the product and account terms, may face additional liabilities.

Suitability

Trading is not suitable for everyone. You should consider your financial position, experience, objectives and ability to bear loss before trading. Do not trade with money needed for housing, bills, debt repayment, emergencies or other essential commitments.

Education only

OLIGBP provides education and mentorship, not regulated financial advice, personal investment recommendations, portfolio management, brokerage services or trade execution. Educational discussion and examples are not instructions to enter, hold or exit a trade.

No guarantees

There is no guarantee of profit, consistency, a passed challenge, a funded account, a payout or any other result. Past performance, screenshots, certificates, testimonials, hypothetical examples and the experience of another trader do not predict your future performance.

Participant control

You retain full control of and responsibility for every decision. You determine whether to trade, what to trade, position size, leverage, stop placement and risk. You are also responsible for checking whether any product or activity is lawful and appropriate in your location.

Market and execution risk

Prices can gap or move rapidly, liquidity can fall, spreads can widen and orders may be delayed, rejected or filled at a different price. Technical failures, internet disruption, platform outages and incorrect data can also cause loss.

Broker and prop-firm risk

Brokers and proprietary trading firms are independent businesses with their own rules, fees, restrictions and counterparty risks. They may change terms, reject trades, close accounts, refuse payouts or cease operating. OLIGBP does not control or guarantee any third party.

Psychological risk

Trading can cause stress, anxiety, compulsive behaviour and impaired decision-making. Stop trading and seek appropriate support if trading is harming your wellbeing, relationships or finances.

Independent advice

Consider obtaining advice from an appropriately authorised financial professional and, where relevant, independent legal or tax advice. Nothing on this website replaces advice based on your personal circumstances.

Acceptance of risk

By participating in the mentorship, you acknowledge that trading decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility and that payment for education does not transfer trading risk to OLIGBP.
