Refund & Cancellation Policy
The £800 private mentorship fee is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
No-refund policy
All payments are final and no discretionary refunds are offered. This applies if a participant changes their mind, does not attend, stops participating, decides the mentorship is not suitable, fails a prop-firm challenge, incurs trading losses or does not achieve a desired result. No outcome is guaranteed.
Before paying
Applicants should review the programme description, price, these policies and any agreed scheduling information before paying. Payment should only be made after OLIGBP has accepted the application and supplied payment instructions.
Statutory cancellation rights
The no-refund rule does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A consumer entering a distance service contract may have a statutory cancellation period. If you want the mentorship to begin during that period, OLIGBP may ask for an express request to start early. If you then cancel, the law may permit a proportionate charge for services already supplied. Where the service has been fully performed following the required request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may be lost.
Service problems
Nothing in this policy limits legal remedies where a service is not supplied with the standard required by applicable consumer law. If you believe the agreed service has not been provided, contact OLIGBP promptly with the relevant details so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected.
Missed sessions and rescheduling
A missed session or late cancellation by a participant does not create a right to a refund. Reasonable rescheduling requests may be considered subject to availability, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. If OLIGBP needs to move a session, a reasonable alternative time will be offered.
Removal for breach
A participant removed for fraud, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, unauthorised redistribution of materials, payment reversal or another material breach is not entitled to a discretionary refund. This does not affect any remedy that must be provided by law.
Payment errors
Duplicate payments and clear payment-processing errors will be investigated. Underpayments, overpayments, failed transfers and payments sent using incorrect details may require evidence and cooperation with the relevant payment provider. Any return that is due may be reduced by unavoidable third-party charges where lawful.
Chargebacks
Participants should contact OLIGBP before initiating a payment dispute so that genuine errors can be investigated. Fraudulent or knowingly false chargebacks may result in access being suspended and evidence being supplied to the payment provider.
How to raise a request
Any cancellation notice, statutory-rights request or payment query must be sent clearly to scatty@gmail.com. Include your name, payment date and enough information to identify the transaction. OLIGBP will respond within a reasonable period.
